This mirror has no special features, but you can access the internet on it and find your own content on YouTube, etc. . But for the size of the mirror itself, the screen size is a lot smaller- just a horizontal rectangle on the top half of the screen. It still works fine for exercise though, because it is a lot easier to see a video on the mirror than on your phone. There are no special interactive features like the more expensive mirrors have. I’ve been using this mirror for a week now and I’m absolutely obsessed. The touchscreen is surprisingly fast and responsive—there's no lag at all when switching between exercises. My favorite part is the freedom to download any app I want. Since it’s not locked into a specific subscription, I can just use the fitness apps I already know and love, which is a huge plus.     • Fantastic Fitness Tech Inside a Beautifully Designed Mirror
I was super excited to be able to order this smart gym mirror, as I had always thought they looked like really fantastic tools, but the price, which should definitely be considered an investment in your health, was still a bit too much commitment for me and my fickle fitness habits. If I had known I would like this product as much as I do, I might have taken the plunge and ordered one of these years ago. This item is delivered in a giant, heavy box that was challenging for me to maneuver into my house, so I imagine the delivery person had a delightful time getting it to my door. Much of the size of the box is attributed to the generous amount of packing material, which ensured that my beautiful mirror was in perfect condition upon arrival, and stayed that way as I lugged it to the other side of my house, banging into walls and doors galore along the way. When I finally had it fully unpacked and in position (I leaned it against a wall rather than hanging it on a wall), I spent quite a lot of time admiring how pretty my new fitness mirror looked. I appreciate that while it may be a fitness tool, it also seems to be designed to be complementary to a variety of decors, even if you choose to place it in a room that may not traditionally be used as a gym. In terms of appearance, this mirror looks awesome and works well whether you’re into the minimalist sleek look or if you like to rock out with RGB lighting effects built into the mirror’s design. The full mirror is about 5 feet, 2 inches tall, while the touch-screen display area is located at the top of the mirror and is 2.3 feet tall and 1.3 feet wide. Because this item is so tall, your own height doesn’t limit how well you are able to use the many different features of this mirror. This item is somewhat unique in that you don’t need to pay for a separate fitness app to be able to use it, and instead you are able to download most of the popular fitness apps that you may already be using with other equipment. For example, I have the black and red bike with the screen attached, which I almost never use, but now that this app also connects to this mirror, I am more likely to try different classes from different instructors that are a totally different type of workout than I otherwise would be able to access. Depending upon which type of workout you use this mirror for, you can not only clearly see your form and possibly receive corrections, but you can also see bits of data displayed as well. Overall, I think this mirror is a fantastic way to add a new type of fitness experience into your larger wellness plan. It has a ton of useful features and offers a variety of ways to integrate different apps into your exercise experience. I've tried following workout videos on my TV and iPad for years, but I always struggled with not being able to see if I was doing the moves correctly. This mirror solves that problem perfectly! The picture-in-picture feature is a game-changer. I can have the instructor's video playing while a small, clear box shows my own reflection right next to it. I finally realized my squat form was way off! Correcting it in real-time has made a huge difference; my knees don't hurt anymore, and I feel the burn in the right places. The storage is also massive. I've downloaded my three favorite fitness apps (Nike Training Club, Peloton, and a yoga app), all my go-to music streaming apps, and even Disney+ for when the kids use it.
