The chair arrives in three LARGE boxes so include any instructions for the delivery person on where to stash the boxes, if not at your front door. The assembly would have been fairly easy but the wheels intended for the back of the bottom base were not able to be mounted because the metal-lined housings were misaligned. However, we will not be moving this chair at all so we overlooked that for our purposed. The chair looks good, operates great, and does everything it claims to do. We especially like the Zero Gravity reclining position, and the Bluetooth audio, which sounds really good and connected without issue to our devices. The settings are varied and useful - we especially like the Stretch and the Sleep auto settings - and definitely have felt the massage benefits we hoped and expected. However, a word of warning if you're under 6' tall! Our biggest complaint about this chair is that it does not adjust for different heights and trunk length, arm length or shoulder height. Therefore, neither of us gets any benefits from the shoulder airbags, and the neck rollers hit at the base or back of the skull if I don't sit on a cushion. And even then, the roller hit t at the base of my skull and not the center of my neck. Also, when I am reclined in the chair - the preferred position for the 15+ minutes of massage - my forearms don't reach to the arm airbags. So I let my hands rest in those airbags - with the pressure effect on my hands and fingers only - and then I bring the chair back forward and do a separate, shorter session on manual setting with my forearms completely in the airbags. The leg/foot rest piece does extend and retract for leg length, which is great. But I do wish there were rollers for the back of the calves, and not just airbags. Anyhow, if I could make one solid recommendation on this chair it would be to enable the shoulder airbags and neck rollers to somehow be moved down for shorter people, and for the arm rests/air bags to somehow slide back toward the reclining person with shorter arms. If we're ever in the market again for a massage chair, we would look for it to be height adjustable. But we would probably pay more for that, I'm guessing, if those types of features even exist in a consumer massage chair. Update: Make sure you really want this, because if you want to return it they make you pay for shipping! First I would like to say this chair is easy to assemble for the most part. The directions say to attach everything then connect the air tubes, but it would recommend doing it in reverse order. It is a very tight squeeze to try and get the tubes connected after everything is attached. Also an FYI the chair comes in 3 boxes, not guaranteed to all come at once. Mine did not and contacted the seller. They were very nice a quick to respond. This chair works very well, but does have a few things I wish it could do. 1.) I wish you could move the massagers on your back up and down. The top one seems high and the bottom one seems low. 2.) Change how it massages you. growing up my parents had a massage chair and you could switch between 3 different types of how to massage, knead, rolling, and chop or something like that. This chair does not offer it. Other than those this chair is awesome. I have even fallen asleep in it a few times while getting a massage. ... show more

Love this massage chair and can't beat the price. It easy to use, and assembling the chair is pretty simple. I got it up and running in about minutes, by myself. Bluetooth is good, loud, and clear but, earbuds or headphones work better and do not disturb other people in your house. Massage is so great to the point I usually fall asleep. You can set the time for 10 to 30 minutes. It massages from the bottom of your feet, calves, thighs, and up to your back, shoulders, and neck. It does not adjust for different heights and trunk length, therefore, I do not get any benefit from the shoulder airbags, and the neck rollers. They hit at the base or back of the skull. But it relieves my back pain and tension, and that is why I bought it. I am very satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

Pros: Set up was easy. The product is beautiful with nice leather. I enjoy the "gravity" feature that reclines along with the heated seats and the bluetooth feature. The instructions were fairly easy to read with the ability to change settings and massage the areas of need. If you like a moderate massage pressure, this is your chair. Cons: I'm only 5'1". The massaging rollers are right on the back of my skull and I dislike this feeling. I think they are supposed to be on the base of my neck. There aren't any rollers on the shoulder blade area. This is where most of my discomfort is. Overall: Not going to lie, I can use this daily for 30-minutes and fall asleep in the chair. So obviously it works and I'm a happy camper. ... show more

I’ve been trying out a lot of massage chairs at Costco or wherever I see one on display. Most of them are on the $3K and above and I was almost ready to give up on them as I’m not prepared to spend that much. Finally I noticed an ad while browsing the web about low cost massage chairs. I continue browsing and comparing features and prices and had to convince my wife to buy this...she gets to choose the color. Don’t be deceived by the price as it performs very well… very much comparable to those high priced ones I’ve tried. I opted to install it myself and it was a breeze. By the way, the delivery was excellent as it arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. The bluetooth speaker is located somewhere at the back base of the machine and doesn’t provide quality sound compared to a headset but at least it is available. The lack of user’s manual is a downside as it takes a while to familiarize with the several features and controls. I am Asian on a 5’5” built and feel comfortable on it. I think even a taller with bigger built would feel the same comfort. The machine could be left off on a zero gravity level thus be able to sleep on it.
