Did not fit! I have a 28” bag and bought the 26-28” cover. I finally got it about 8/10ths of the way on but there’s no way it would ever meet to zip it nor the strap to snap. I ordered the small size cover for 22-24 inch, but the card that came with the sleeve shows small is 18-20 or carry-on size. It fits a little loose on the carry-on size. The cutouts line up with standard handle placement - I actually tried this on a couple of different hard side suitcases and could access the side and top handles as well as the extended handle. Nothing interfered with the spinner wheels or dragged under the case. Great way to change to look of your suitcase. This allows my basic black to be unique and easily identified from all the other black bags.
