So the good: soft, easy to install, nice color (I got neutral because it’s a new chair I’m trying to protect, so I don’t want to risk the ink not being colorfast) The less good- the base isn’t wide enough at the back of the seat, even though the measurements indicated it would fit, but it was better than the other brand I already returned, so I’m living with it. The chair (DPS) shows through at each side of the back of the seat The zipper at the base of the top price goes directly across- it doesn’t split for the top of the chair to fit into the bottom, so you can only use one side of it unless you take the top off, zip it up then somehow cut or make space for the metal connector to be free to reattach the chair. I’m probably just going to sew or safety pin it, but it’s comfy enough and it will keep the cats from being directly on the chair so it’s worth the price to me still. ... show more

I found this chair by a dumpster with some peeling vinyl and repaired it with fabric paint. It worked well, but the seat ended up too smooth and sticks to my skin when I wear shorts in the summer. I got this cover to just use the seat part and am surprised by how well it fits! It took me awhile to figure out how to put it on but once I figured it out I just had to tuck it into the seams and it was good to go. Bought this to cover a Maxnomic Leader 1 chair I bought almost 10 years ago. Structurally, the chair is still perfect. But cosmetically, the upholstery has disintegrated over time. The slipcover was extremely easy to install (less than 2 minutes) and doesn't require taking the chair apart. The seat cushion portion slips on and is secured with clip fasteners underneath. The seat back portion slips on and has a zipper to secure it. Would definitely recommend and buy again. As a matter of fact, I purchased an extra one for another Maxnomic chair I own that will eventually need one. ... show more

Buyer Beware!!! My daughter's chair was nearly new. She just wanted a black cover for a change. So I bought this cheap one... This was a huge mistake! Now the chair is ruined and Amazon will not even refund my purchase for the cover or the chair. >:(
