The Tidal tank is versatile and it helps isolate muscle groups that normally would not be targeted by standard weight training. It also offers wide variety of weights based on how much water you put in. And the increments can be as small as you want or as big as you want. The 2 handle positions helps with more variation in workout routines. The product is also easy to travel with due to its compact size when deflated.
