This is super cute. The mustard yellow and gray look really good with the existing gray and yellow rug in my room. Just one thing, the vibrant mustard yellow that you see at the bottom of the duvet doesn’t isn’t all over the duvet. I really wanted it all over and it is just at the bottom.

My teenage daughter requested a floral/botanical style duvet for the bedding in her apartment next semester. This matches her other décor items wonderfully. The color scheme is nice & it’s reversible if she wanted to switch up the look in her room. I was surprised by how pretty it is. It’s floral without looking like it belongs in grandma’s house. Floral patterns are a bit tricky that way, but this one works! Has a fresh, feminine look. The queen size fit her comforter perfectly. It comes with 2 matching standard pillow shams. It has ties at the inside of each corner to prevent it from shifting around on the comforter & a button closure like most duvets. I machine washed before putting it on to see how it would hold up. Also, because we all have very sensitive skin & will itch like crazy if we don’t wash everything first. It didn’t fade, lose any buttons, or have any stitching come loose. I did tumble dry on low & it was pretty wrinkled when I removed it from the dryer. I just used a low temp iron & the wrinkles came out easily. I truly love this duvet cover set! It has a sort of Japanese aesthetic that feels simultaneously simple, playful and elegant. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. I wish there were ties on the sides as well as the corners for a more secure fit… but it’s still quite lovely! Perfect for the warmer weather. The pillow cases are slightly confusing because the set is labeled “Queen” yet their tags say they’re standard size measurements (20”x26”). They fit my jumbo (20”x28”) pillows verrrry snugly, so they probably are standard size. The envelope enclosure helps hold the pillows in. ... show more
