The media could not be loaded. I've been using this wallet for nearly a year now with little complaints. All the assists available to store that I have used are easy to transfer and monitor. The iOS app is clean and easy to use. I have suggested this to cold storage to all my friends! As others have suggested, there is a lack of some popular coins...but they have had a few updates (all positive) and with has come new coins to add. So I do feel they will continue to add when available. I've included a video showing current coins as of Feb '23.

I received this quicker than expected and it was sleek and very attractive from a design perspective. Set up was seamless and moving your crypto to the card was amazingly easy. It works very, very well with the iPhone app that is needed when you are doing the initial set up. It supports a number of coins, not just BTC and ETH but quite a good number including SHIB. I thought this would be a clear 5 star product, except that you cannot sell your crypto directly from the wallet. You are also limited in assets you can Buy/Swap from the wallet. I wanted to sell some assets so that meant I needed to move these assets to a trading platform and then complete the transaction on that platform. When I tried doing this, I found out that there is a fee associated with the moving of the assets and that fee could only be paid in ETH. Not good. I was stuck. I had to go to my trading platform (Coinbase), buy ETH, whitelist my my Arculus ETH address, wait for the 48 hour waiting period to pass (Coinbase requires 48 hours for whitelisting), send the ETH to my Arculus wallet address, pay the fee in ETH before I could move the assets I wanted to sell. This was a deal killer for me. It seemed the perfect solution but paying a fee to move the asset and the fee can only be in ETH is too much of a hassle and proves to be too costly since you cannot sell directly from the wallet.

Arculus wallet is the easiest way to store crypto off of the exchanges and reduce hacking concerns. This card is as easy as it gets. Download Arculus app, pair the card with your smartphone (tap to the back of the phone). Now you can receive bitcoin from coinbase, gemini or whereever you have bitcoin. Of course, moving bitcoin has network fees and the exchange may charge a transaction fee, but that is not Arculus' doing. That is the cost of working in the bitcoin ecosystem. Arculus supports the concept of having "joint" wallet so my wife and I each have our own phone, Arculus card, yet we see the same bitcoin wallet. The process for setting up such a joint wallet is easy - just pair a second Arculus wallet with another phone, and restore using the initial wallet's recovery passphrase. Label each Arculus card so you don't get them mixed up! Great product, don't need to carry another 'device' and worry about battery/charges, etc. Slim, fits right into physical wallet like any other credit card. The only time you need to use the Arculus card, after initial setup, is when you want to send bitcoin from your wallet. Then you just tap the back of the phone with the Arculus card when prompted and you're good.

They have great customer support and the product is fairly easy to use they have lots of informative material to guide you. I had a small issue when i first received it but the problem was fixed relatively fast so i honestly have to give them a perfect rating

Happy with it. Not upset with the limited amount of options for crypto tokens it can accommodate. Wish they'd add more. Had to buy a different cold storage to accommodate for the different coins I hold.

Great cold hard wallet, true cold wallet, only way to connect NFC with card pressed against device. Has a app which is straight forward, would be nice or been nice to add my own coins based on the contract, without that functionality you are tied to whatever coin they allow you too, rather then being able to add whatever you like, other hardware wallets have that functionality the ability to add the contract then be able to store that coin for it. All in all, nice wallet, I have multiple and I would consider this a straight up cold hardware wallet, no way to connect to it unless it is pressed against device, has app on device that allows you to utilize the security of it to access app for visual view of storied items.

I really liked this product. Its a shame I will be returning it. It doesn't support LTC. Litecoin is a very common and popular coin. I was shocked that it wasn't supported. If you are just about BTC and ETH, this is a great product, everyone else look elsewhere.
