I bought this the Mikniri Slab Flattening bit to help cut a rabbet for a mirror frame using a DeWalt router and a jig setup. Overall, it’s pretty decent for the price, but it definitely has limits. It cuts clean and leaves a smooth, consistent groove, but It’s slow going, especially compared to higher-end bits. You have to take very shallow passes (around 1/8") or it starts fighting and burning the wood. I think for the price it’s a good deal but I wouldn’t suggest it for heavy usage. ... show more

I havent used it yet. It looks to be fine, especially for the price. Its not a bit for regular use. Rarely used. If it serves it purpose more than once it will be worth the cost.

I've used this to plane several small pine boards that I reclaimed from pallets and I'm pleased with the results. I used it with a small router mounted to a sled because I don't have a cnc router.
