    • Not good - avoid. Will not even cut through pine.
Tried 2 of these bits to do a very shallow groove, less than 1/8" deep, in pine. Both bits failed, burned up and would not cut at all. They simply are not sharp. These would not cut at any speed and this is very dangerous. If you try to force it due to the dullness of the bits, they could snap off and become a projectile. I ordered a single Dremel brand cutout bit for about $6 and it worked perfectly fine for my project. There is simply zero quality here and honestly these should not be on the market. Makes clean cuts on the hard maple on my CNC platform, I spin it at about 20 krpm, I use 0.010 inch cuts

    • Not as good as I had hoped for.
I hate to write reviews that are negative about things, but, I bought these in the hopes that they would be a decent buy. I needed the keyhole bit for a project that I had done as a present for my wife and unfortunately the bit overheated even under a lower speed and caused the bit to turn blue from the heat. I had to return them and find an alternative to get what I needed done. I wish I could have recommended these to others but they simply don't hold up well even under lower speeds to avoid overheating. ... show more
