We had received a recommendation for this particular trampoline from family. Went for the 14 ft w/ safety net. It arrived very quickly! ***At first only one box delivered and I was worried because the safety net and a few other items were not included — we reached out to the seller and they quickly responded to our questions/concerns and informed us there would be a second box that could deliver at a separate time. Sure enough, it did a day or so after. We received everything in both boxes. Assembly was honesty not too bad overall. The instructions were pretty straightforward (though one section did not specify the direction the safety bars should face so we had to take them all down and reorient them). After set up (took a few hours mostly by myself with some help towards the end) the trampoline worked perfectly fine and looks great! We are very satisfied with the product, customer service, and can both wholeheartedly and highly recommend this!

My boys love this durable trampoline! The customer service is also fantastic. I have needed replacement parts twice- once during assembly and again 6 months later. Both times the parts were covered under warranty and shipped without any hassle. Definitely worth the financial investment!

I came back to update my review, because after I left te initial review below, their customer service jumped in and offered to do everything they could to make it better. They immediately reached out and started offering different options for me to replace the frame, but they ended sending me a whole new trampoline, which I received today, for the price of just shipping the frame! I am seriously so impressed with how this was handled! I changed my review from a 3 to a 5 because the customer service is hands down one of the most impressive ones I have dealt with! Bought this for my eleven year old daughter. We were thrilled! It’s extremely cool! But a huge storm blew in after five days of owning it and despite being attached to the ground with the spiral hooks and straps, it launched like a rocket into our neighbors yard and crumbled like pipe cleaner! We luckily bought a warranty and they graciously covered it but we need replacement parts! I can not for the life of me figure out how to contact the seller to ask where we can buy the replacement poles for the frame that holds the may! Any suggestions would be great!

Amazing customer service beyond impressed! My trampoline ripped and broke and the customer service was amazing and helped me by sending parts at first to fix my poles and now even replaced my item! They personally called and handled the issue personally and professionally. I am a father of 3 and my kids are going to be so pleased. Definitely recommend this trampoline durable and customer service is great!

This was great for the first few months and then the springs started to stretch which made slack in the material. And then a few months later I had to request replacement on the poles, they bent while playing basketball. The seller made it right and replaced the springs and now will be replacing the poles.
