UPDATE: I have since learned that these type underwear are mainly worn by gay men. Specifically the "bottom" partner of the pair. I guess that makes sense. I wanted this for suport after an injury to were all day. jym jocks gave good suport but the fabric was not great for allday wear. othe cotton type jocks I tried were more just foe looks with very strechy fabric with little suport. This is a nice compromise not an athletic suport but enough and comfortable for all day.
