Waited to write review until we'd lived with these several months. They are holding up well, and are not irritating to those who use the kitchen less and so don't need the padding -- they don't trip or move around a lot. The textured top and the non-slip (reduced slip is more accurate) mean that no one has slipped, even when something was spilled. The beveled edges mean no one has tripped either. The 20x39 size is versatile, easy to lift for cleaning or dumping after a wet or dry spill, or for sweeping underneath. The color selection wasn't quite as good for our kitchen as another brand that we ended up getting three of -- one of these is lovely contrast, though. But the anti-fatigue and pain relief . . . is amazing. Hips, back, knees, feet . . . all so much better . . . and cooking is a joy again. ... show more

As soon as I put this new mat down, my cats were immediately drawn to sitting on it. Perhaps it will provide relief for their feet too? Thus far, my cats haven't poked holes in it with their claws. Soft to the feet. Cleans easily - stain resistant. Good size. The length is about twice the width so make sure you have space under the sink. Does get a bit slippery when wet. Color schemes easy to match with various kitchen colors.

The gel part of this mat is good. It is soft while also providing support. It provides good relief when standing. However, this moves around a lot on the hardwood floors of my kitchen, even when I put a non-skid pad underneath. Also, it cleans ok, but not great. The surface is a medium rough texture, with a very dull, matte finish that attracts dirt and scuff marks (I got the medium beige color). I cleaned my mats about once each week with soap and water but still, over time, dirt marks build up so that in a few months it is just permanently scuffed. Overall, it does the job for a very affordable price, so I’m giving it 4 stars. For comparison, my high-end Gel Pro mat that cost $150 for just 2 foot x 3 foot did not attract dirt at all, provided excellent support, and didn’t move (it didn’t require a non-skid mat underneath). I’m glad I tried this much more affordable option. But, I’m going to go back to Gel Pro, even though it is expensive. ... show more

This is my third purchase from this brand. I really like these mats, and they were the ONLY ones I could find that were not made with PVC. Still plastic-based, but with a less reactive polyurethane. Very soft and nice to walk on. I bought the dark blue, which does show dirt more than the tan, but it’s so soft and nice I can’t complain. It moves around a little, but I’m a fan. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Because I've had them less than a week, I only have first impressions. I got the 20/32 and the 20/39. Our previous mats cost about $15 each and didn't fall apart until our dishwasher flooded, causing some water damage. These mats, on sale, were 3 times that. They seem okay, and the matte finish feels good. They have a lot more bounce than our first mats. But durability will be updated in the future. For the cost to be worth it, the issues I'm already seeing will have to be the only issues I see for several years. First issue: the matte finish may be hard to clean. Matte finishes just are. The print also is slightly uneven, which, for something so expensive, is aggravating. Second issue: the colors are slightly off from what the picture implied online. The ombre mats are a more aggressive blue/green and the coloring on the pictures just looked slightly less GREEN. This isn't a huge deal, obviously, but it just feels a lot less like 🌸🌊green🌊🌸 and a lot more like 🏫GREEN🏫. Those who understand will get it. Third issue: is a bigger one. The ends of the mat lift up. That is a minor annoyance now, but if the mat doesn't settle, it will be major. It almost seems as if somehow during manufacturing, the angles on the ends we're not engineered to let the slanted down parts of the mat actually meet my floor. I anticipate finding a lot of crumbs etc under the lips of the mat. Final issue: packaging. The longer mat came in a giant box. Other reviewers, of mats in general, apparently don't like their mats rolled up because it can disfigure the mat - possibly permanently. They also don't want to have to wait for a mat to figure out how to lay flat. Fair. I move often and have had to roll up my cheaper mats before and it has been fine if done gingerly. I expect these mats to survive a little roll. If this had been done, maybe sending me a box that I could have fit into would have been less necessary. Basically, there has to have been a better way.... Couldn't there? Maybe not. So far I'm feeling a little bit of resentment and anxiety. I spent this much for an aesthetic on top of the anticipated quality and don't even feel that was delivered. I do hope these mats hold up. ... show more
