After my son outgrow the skip hip activity center I wanted these chairs to make the table an area he could sit and play or eat at. They are better quality than I expected as far as being sturdy and safe for little kids. The slight indent on the seat helps him to sit confortably without sliding off but it’s easy to get on and off of the chair as well. They also fit perfectly under the activity center if you want to save the space. They are easy to hose down or wipe down and I like the white color of these. Some reviews talked about technique to assemble these or some difficulty in putting it together. I don’t know what the issues were there. These were no problem at all. You do have to take one second to note if you have a back leg (B) or front leg (A). But even if you mess that up, you can just take it out and fix is easily. Once put together these look great and are sturdy enough to hold an adult’s weight. I like that they would be easy to take apart for storage. But the biggest factor for me was the grippy rubber feet that keep these from sliding on our wood floors - which was the problem with the stool that came with our toddler desk. I appreciate that I could buy just the chairs since we already had the desk. ... show more

I bought these chairs for my toddler’s skip hop activity center when we turned it into a table top. Quality of the chairs has been great given the price. Love the aesthetic look along w/ the table. I do wish the back of the chairs were a little taller though!

Love these little chairs! Had bought the skiphop activity table for my daughter when she was around 6 months old. She has continued to use it and is now going on 18 months. We decided to start transitioning from a highchair to chairs at a table. The skiphop activity table turns fully into a clean, flat table top. These chairs fit well under it. They're so easy to assemble, it took maybe 3 minutes to attach. Also, they're made of a hard plastic and metal with minimal little nooks and cranies that food could get stuck in and look, ick! They're a little tall for my 14 month old and her friends to easily climb onto by themselves, but they make it work. I wish the legs were adjustable so I could lower it some for them to more easily sit into. Another downside is the fact that they don't have a full back or arms which worried me at first because I was afraid the kids wouldn't be able to balance well, so I'd change that as well. ... show more
