I work in a kitchen. I stand a lot. I move, from side to side, a lot. I don't walk so much but they have kept me steady on wet floors when I do. These shoes give me support and comfort. I love the "cheater" laces made of elastic that don't require tying. The ease of shoes on and shoes off is beautiful. I will admit with thicker socks it might be a bit tight but nothing a bit of wear won't fix. That's tight to slip on, once on they fit fine. The memory foam insoles do eventually wear out, kinda how that goes, but replacing them (with arch support in my case) gets more milage out of the shoes. The toe on my shoe is coming lose. It took a while to break them in for them to become comfortable. The are slip resistant and fit well. I like not having to tie them.
