These shoes are pretty, comfortable, and best of all, are machine washable on gentle cycle. I put them in a mesh laundry (lingerie) bag to launder. This is my third pair. I will add a note. I love Sketchers Go Walk sneakers and the variety of colors. They are very comfortable I have found, easy to slip on and off, wash well in a machine and the price is usually good. Most are true to size but this pair, unfortunately is not. I ordered a 7.5 and the tag says it is, but the fit feels more like a size 8. ... show more

I am a teacher, so I need shoes I can stand and walk in all day. I have traditionally been a Crocs fan, but my doctor wanted me to wear "sneakers" to help with some knee pain I was having. I found these (although they're more like loafers than sneakers) and decided to try them. They are very comfortable to walk around in and stand for a while. They are mesh, so they're breathable which is important for me since I hate wearing socks. They also don't cause irritation when they rub slightly as I walk. The two issues I've had with them are that the lining on the sole is starting to come out. I realize that's partly because I don't wear socks with them, but it's still annoying. The second issue is that now that ive had them for a while, the cushion feeling is starting to wear down. They aren't as comfortable as they were when I first got them.
