These Beat My Hiking Shoes! I’ve worn these occasionally for two years, but after a trip to Hong Kong, I had to leave a review. I brought these Skechers as a backup—but after Day 1 of hiking shoes killing my feet after 16 hours of flying, trekking through airports, climbing 1,000 stairs, and walking up steep inclines and uneven pavements, my feet said no more to the hiking boots. I was planning to buy another pair in Hong Kong. So, out of desperation I switched to the sketchers and never looked back. I literally left my hiking shoes in Hong Kong..haha!! The rest of my week, I put lots of mileage on these shoes,through the rain, up/down stairs, steep inclines, and uneven pavements without one issue! Grip-excellent, support-excellent, comfort-excellent. My feet stayed dry even without socks, and never got blisters. They’re super lightweight, supportive (even with my bunions and need for arch support), and the shoes dry quickly. I wore these home too! I'm just shocked! I underestimated these shoes. I needed to share how tough these shoes are but gentle on your feet. They are true to size, but go up half a size if youre planning to wear socks. I have a medium (B) width foot as well. These are not flashy, but absolutely perfect for travel and painless walking. Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love my old Propet sneakers, but the straps had gotten worn on them, and I wanted to find less-expensive replacements which would still fit. I have never previously owned a pair of Sketchers shoes, but I was happy to find that this brand in my size (10XW) had a similarly-comfortable fit to that of my old shoes. The loafer style stays on without any laces or Velcro straps, and there are no seams rubbing against my bunions. I have worn these all week, to church, work, and shopping errands, and have found them to be both comfortable and well-cushioned, so that my flat feet are supported throughout the day. It's too soon to know how durable these sneakers will be, but the build quality seems good, so I'm hopeful that these shoes will last as long as my old ones. Highly recommended!

These are great walking shoes. They are comfortable and are not thin, and they definitely support my feet, which are sort of flat, more than other sneakers. I got the beige color and they look pretty stylish and go well with any casual outfit. I also like that i can just slide my feet right in and dont have to pull the back of the shoe to get my foot in.

I purchased these shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe, hoping they will be comfortable to wear while walking on cobblestones, etc. as I visit historical sites. I read reviews on several lightweight shoes for travel/walking and decided to try these. They are light, seem like they will be easy to pack without taking up too much space, and they are washable. I have worn these exactly two times since purchasing. I receive compliments on them; they are comfortable for short periods of time on my feet. Cushiony for those short times. I walked in them for an hour at the community track. I carried athletic insoles with me and tried several configurations in these shoes: original insoles, athletic insoles, both together. I ended up wearing both sets of insoles to get the most comfort for my arches and toes. Even with both sets the shoes did not feel too tight, but I can confidently say I will not be able to wear these shoes with just the original insoles while walking for hours over uneven ground. The other issue I had with these shoes is that they squeaked terribly the first time I wore them! A friend suggested I rough up the bottoms on asphalt. That did the trick to quiet them. I have just purchased two other sets of insoles and when they arrive I will try each in these shoes because I really want to be able to pack these in my suitcase.

I am one of those people who has only been able to buy one or two pairs of shoes a year and can’t ever seem to find them in a variety of colors. I love the shoes and have ordered them in more colors than I have ever owned in my life. They are comfortable and feel very secure. I am 72 years old and cannot risk falling. These shoes fit very well and are very supportive and stable. I won’t take off a star, but Skechers used to offer a red shoe and now they have taken them away. I was forced to buy another brand in red because I really wanted that color. Please give the red ones back. Also I have noticed that sometimes Not all colors are available in all sizes. That really doesn’t make sense because if they can make a shoe in a particular color for one size, they can make it in any size. I also wish they were available in Kelly Green. Every time I see another color in these shoes that I want, I’ll be buying it for sure.

This is a great slip-on shoe, made of lightweight breathable material. The shoe itself is light and very comfortable. I would recommend these for people who need to slip on their shoes, but also for long walks, as they are comfortable and durable.

1.) go down half a size. I’m a solid 9 and had to return them and get an 8.5. 2.) these were amazing for walking around Paris for 8 days! No pain! I wore my Hokas at Disney last year and was in terrible pain. Walked more than that in Paris in these walking shoes and had zero regrets. Can’t speak to durability but I’ll be buying more when they break.

Size runs bigger, but if you want to wear socks with them this gives you more room. On most shoes U wear a 7.5 wide because I have a hammer toe. The shoes I receives say 7.5, but are the same length and width as ny size 8 boots. Also, no arch support. Otherwise, comfortable enough that I just ordered another pair but not my usual wide width. I will buy arch support inserts for them. Not really worth the selling price even with a discount, so I will not be buying anymore after this this time. They should only cost around 25.00. I ordered a second pair, but made it a standard 7.5 this time. They arrived today and when I lined them up with the previous 7.5 wide I found my thoughts were correct in that the 7.5 wide is actually longer than the standard 7.5 - it is the same length as my size 8 boots.
