I’ve bought and returned more than a dozen pairs of flat, casual shoes in the past year. I’m almost ashamed to admit how many years I’ve been wearing my current pair of Birkenstocks - yep, with socks in cold weather! - just because I could not find a comfortable pair of shoes. I shopped at the dreaded mall last week, trying on shoes till I was sick of it … finally came home and ordered these Sketchers and am very happy with how well they fit. The cushy soles are great and the bit of stretch in the upper is enough for comfort but not so much that they aren’t supportive. They’re simple and look fine with jeans and most casual clothing. I bought the black and am ordering the taupe which looks a little lighter for summer. (My usual size 7 fits perfectly. Other shoes I’ve tried lately had terrible sizing. Yay, Sketchers!)

My first "like" was the color - pink. It is a fun color for summer. The shoes are easy to slip on, fit perfectly (size 9) and have a comfortable layer of cushioned insole. I wish the insoles were removable like my other Skechers to replace with an orthopedic insert, but they are glued in place. I also like the fact that the shoes are washable and when that time comes, hopefully they will wash well. I recommend this shoe. Also, they arrived when expected.

I love Skechers! I have neuromas & it’s difficult to wear closed toed shoes & they have to have real good cushioning. Skechers work great for me! These were Very comfortable, but too wide at the heel. I had to return.

I have wide feet and have suffered with corns and rubbing on my toes no matter the shoe. This has hampered my enjoyment of places that require much walking, even walking around my neighborhood for exercise. I tried this on as soon as I received them, and they were so comfortable! I walked around in them and never once were my feet uncomfortable. There's plenty of room in the toe box and the soles are kind of a spongy, springy material that make walking fun. And this shoe can be machine washed which is a plus!

I just got back from a trip to Europe where we walked multiple miles each day. We packed light, and these were the only shoes I took. I wanted something that looked formal enough for dinners, but I could also wear for walking during the day. They did not disappoint! Very comfortable, provided no issues for me during all the miles we walked, and look nice enough to pair with more formal clothes as well (I bought the all black ones). Note - I had to purchase 1/2 size smaller than my normal shoe size to get the right fit.

I bought these for an upcoming trip to London because of the number of positive reviews, and I wore them for about 2 weeks prior to our trip just to make sure they were what I wanted (I'm a school teacher and do a fair bit of walking everyday). They're great! Comfortable, easy to put on and take off, very little slippage, and very light weight. Also, cute!!! I was so excited, I bought two more pairs in other colors. Cue to our very recent trip to London. 7 days of sightseeing, using the tubes to get where we needed. By Day 2, I had a tiny blister on the ball of my foot. Figured it was because of increased walking, but okay. By the end of Day 3, that blister was a bit larger and a new formed on the side of my heel. By Day 4, I had a third blister on my other heel, and I was forced to drain the first blister because I could barely walk. By Day 5, all the blisters were bigger (the one I had drained had developed new ones around it), I was trying to drain the remaining two. By Day 6-7, the pain was near-unbearable. I had been using blister patches for days, but still. Things were made worse with our trip home when one of the patches slipped off and got wedged under my toes and rubbing that area raw. Being in the airport and airplane, there was no real space for me to take off my shoes to air out my feet and blisters. I got home last night, and the drained blisters had crusted over and refilled, one with blood. So while these shoes may be now a decent choice for light daily walking, I cannot recommend them for intense, vigorous walking.
