I bought my first pair of these sandals several years ago and have used them to walk all over Malaysia, Thailand Florida and even hills in oregon. Recently I bought another two pairs because my first pair was looking pretty dirty from so many miles and so many paths. My two new pairs are as wonderful to wear as the first one and already have made a trip across the ocean to Malaysia and back again. The design of the shoes makes it comfortable to walk on dirt as well as cement, relieving the pain to my back that often accompanies long hikes. The straps do not lose their velcro effectiveness even when wet, making them safer to walk in then more flimsy sandals. AND they look great with shorts, dresses, jeans. I have found a new favorite sandal. These are so soft and alot more flexible than some of the other Skechers sandals. They have a padded sole which makes them so comfortable and even though you have to clasp the strap, it's velco so it's alot easier than a buckel. I got the taupe and they are so complimentary on the foot. The blend in with my skin tone and go with everything. They are also washable, a fact I didn't know until a saw the box. I'm a flipflop girl but fell and broke my hip. My Dr advised me to ditch them and wear sandals with a backstrap so I'm replacing my footwear alittle at a time. I got these on a warehouse deal at a great price and ordered them even though they are a 6 and I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 in Skechers. They fit perfectly so this style must run large. If your on the fence, order down a size and go for it. Can't wait for another color to pop up on a warehouse deal. ... show more

Recommend you size down. I’m always a perfect size 6, but my feet were swimming in these. See pic with another sandal of the same size in comparison. Really too bad I didn’t have time to order a smaller pair because they were cute and comfortable.

While I love these very comfortable sandles, I have to say every pair an on the right foot always, the strap around the front of the foot is always to loose.

I bought a size 8 as I’m usually a 7.5 and I couldn’t wear these shoes for more than 2 minutes even though I wish I could have! They look great and feel wonderful when standing still but with the contoured heel and back strap that isn’t adjustable, I couldn’t walk in these. I tried tightening the ankle strap and then wearing it looser but both ways it pushed my foot back so my heel dug into the contoured lip at the heel. Very uncomfortable and would eventually start to rub and cause other issues. Otherwise, this shoe looks nice and is comfortable on other parts of the foot. I ended up returning but I wish they had been comfortable as they look great. ... show more
