I love Merrill hiking boots, but noticed I was having more pain after being in them all day for casual and non hiking wear. I usually wear a insole for a high arch. I purchased a pair of Sketchers Arch Fit Go Walk, on a recommendation from my sister and totally loved them. I could wear them all day and not have pain halfway through my day and the Arch Fit feature eliminated my need to put my insoles in. I purchased this pair as an additional pair, to take on vacation to Arizona. We walked for miles... hitting art fairs, visiting historical sites and national parks (the Grand Canyon was beyond spectacular!) , and shopping. Both pairs of shoes are light, washable, and have a lot of cushioning. I purchased this pair in Navy and I wish the sole was darker and not white, and that you could buy replacement insoles for this shoe, from Sketchers. I hope they never quit making this shoe!

These shoes are so comfy and supportive. Unfortunately, my feet are a little on the narrow side and the shoes were too wide for me. My sister was very happy as they fit her feet perfectly.

i work at target on the fulfillment team. if u don’t know what that is we pretty much walk around the entire store all day getting online orders. before that i worked drive up so i was in and out of the store all day, i also walk a mile and a half to work every and these are the only shoes i will ever use. i just bought a replacement pair for m’y two year old pair of shoes. even after two years of being the only pair of shoes i work in. being washed idk how many times they te still in ok condition. the bottom and soles a worn out to be expected. the back ankle part is a bit old from me slipping them in and off everyday. but other than that there’s still super comfortable. before these shoes i had another sketchers sport shoes that were ok but my feet were throbbing when i got home. with these i don’t feel that pain anymore. i’ve tried buying other shoes since the price of these are kinda high. i bought the sketchers bob shoes, those felt awful and im glad i brought my arch fits with me just in case. i tried several different sport shoes. if they’re meant for walking or running around they should be perfect right? no they weren’t. in all scenarios i always came back to these shoes. if you work a job on your feet all day or just walk to walk comfortably get these shoes. now not everyone’s feet are the same and what works for me may not work for you. but if you have pain in your feet after a long day maybe giving these a try wouldn’t be so bad.
