My prev. Nike got torn off where the sole is, I have worn it for yrs. Needed a new shoes ASAP to exercise and decided to take my chance on getting one online. I was NOT disappointed! I didn’t even need to break it in, it fit perfectly! I did do what another reviewer suggested and size up. I am usually an 8 or 8.5, but I got a 9 wide and it’s super comfortable! More comfortable than the Nike tbh. I was on the treadmill for an hr without probs! Easy to put on and remove my shoes without even untying it! It supported my arch for my foot amazingly well!     • Great walking shoe for wide feet

Love these! Did a one-mile walk in them yesterday, and a three-mile walk today. These are super comfortable and supportive. Usually I put in my own insole, but the insoles in these shoes seem pretty good, and so I did not add my own. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 wide, and I went with the 9, which is perfect. Most of my foot is average width, but my toes kind of splay out, and so I need a fairly wide toebox with not too wide heel. These fit great for my type of foot. In fact, while walking, my feet feel less compressed than in the other wide-width walking shoes I'd been wearing. The sole is rather thick, so at first I seemed to be shuffling a bit, but I have adjusted to that after my two walks. I love these! Plus, they're vegan and reasonably cute. So I'm buying another pair (probably more than one!). I have such a hard time finding comfortable shoes, and so I wanted to share my assessment of these! ... show more

I prefer laces so I was happy to find these Skechers that are NOT step-ins. Cushiony but not so thick that I fear tripping over soles. They did squeak the first day as I tested walking on LVP flooring, but once I went outside and walked on asphalt for a hour, that stopped. Great shoes. Get wider than you think you need, and maybe 1/2 a size larger., and your toes will thank you. ... show more

I received these today and immediately put them on my feet. Heavenly! My feet don't have a lot of flesh, especially the balls of my feet, so plenty of padding is essential. I also have neuropathy from chronic Lyme disease so softness and a good sized toe box are needed. These sneakers solve both issues. It's been 5 hours of running around and still super comfortable. The shoes I received were two different sizes I bought a 10w but only one was wide the other was just a regular 10, I like the shoes just one is more comfortable.
