Fell off boat in shoes that weren't skid resistant. Not fun and could have been bad. Bought these and the traction is great. Hopefully no more slip and falls. They are really comfortable too. I did order a half size bigger and they are just right.

    • Surprisingly good boat shoes
First of all, I'm an avid water person. I'm into anything pertaining to water. Usually I wear 5 fingers or more often Crocs outside but I bought these because I was going with a friend to a nicer than usual boat and marina and i wanted something a little more fancy. i guess to fit in with the rich guys. (But I got the camo ones to at least not look so preppy.) These have excellent grip on slippery surfaces like boat ramps and fiberglass decks. They are easy to get on and dry reasonably fast. They drain pretty well for not having drain holes. I actually prefer these over the crocs because these don't get as much sand and stuff inside em when you walk in and around water. The only thing I'd change is to make the soles a darker color. White gets dirty, but they do wash off pretty well. Overall I'd recommend these and I'll probably be buying another pair. ... show more

    • shoes came repackaged
I've previously order 4 pairs of this same shoe in different colors. All of these were shipped in factory HUK shoe boxes. This last pair I ordered arrived in different box with note saying original packaging was destroyed. The shoe condition of the latest pair wasn't up to same new conditions.

These are very comfortable shoes that never slip even when the boat deck is wet. I own 4 pair of these shoes. Unfortunately the company who makes these shoes has discontinued production. Very disappointing

Bought these for a saltwater fishing trip and they performed great on the boat. Unfortunately, despite many machine washings, the insoles and material stink. Can’t stand the smell they impart to my clean feet.
