When you have narrow feet, buying shoes without trying them on, is a crap shoot. These flats are so stinking adorable, and feminine looking, I almost cried when they were too wide for my skinny feet and had to be returned. The footbed appeared comfortable with good support in the arch and ball areas. I ordered the Mocha which was a warm rust hue, with rich golden brown undertones, a truly unique color you won’t see on everyone else this autumn. Ordering down a size, would’ve been to short in length.

The first pair I ordered were too big. I ordered the size smaller and one shoe fit and the other was too big. I had to order heel cushion to make it fit. I like the shoes but didn’t like the hassle.

These shoes are comfortable but they do not hold their structure for very long. I recommend sizing down so it does not slip off your feet constantly. The machine washable feature is an excellent perk.

I purchased 2 pairs of this shoe about 18 months ago at a Belk department store, one in black and one in mocha, both size 8.5. Wore the black pair first and they would not stay on my feet as a I walked -- to the point that my feet hurt at the end of the day from curling my toes to keep the shoes on. I tried the mocha pair, and they fit beautifully. I figured the black pair must have been mislabeled in size, so I returned them to the store. I proceeded to wear the mocha pair very frequently for the next 18 months and they were easily my favorite pair of shoes. When they started to wear out, I purchased 2 more pairs (again in black and mocha) in the same size (8.5). Got them, and both felt too large as soon as I tried them on. I wore the mocha pair to work one day and same issue -- would not stay on my feet. So, I ordered 2 more pairs a size down (8) and lo and behold -- same problem! I have to walk at a relatively slow pace in order for the shoe to stay on my feet. So, I guess the one pair that was a comfortable fit was a fluke. So disappointing because I really loved that pair.
