I have wide feet and these do run on the big side, but since there are no 1/2 sizes, a full size smaller was too small. Plus, since feet swell from the heat in summer, it’s better for sandals to be a little loose to begin with. Otherwise, these are extremely comfortable, the arch support is very good - not overkill, and no wear-in/stretch period, so no blisters. Despite being a little loose/long in the toe by 1/2 size, they were worth me buying multiple pairs in different colors. ... show more

I have another pair of Sketchers arch support shoes that are athletic tie shoes. Since I really like them, I decided I would try these sandals. They are VERY COMFORTABLE and give me more support than a flip flop sandal!! They are so comfy , cushy and flexible on the soles. So lightweight I can do my mile walk with no discomfort. These are nice and are comfortable, but don’t let them fool you. They are slip ons, not slip ins, so you’ll need to use your hands to get them on. Even AI was tricked and provided in incorrect answer when asked.
