I have regular width feet and I benefit from arch support. The arch support in these is just ok. Nothing special, but they have good traction. I like the style. They aren't too bulky. Bought these for my mom at assisted living, and she loves them! The grey color is fun and they fit true to size for her size 8. They are easy for her to get on and off. She doesn't do much "working out" but when we go for our walks, they are comfy and stay on.
