They have excellent grip on greasy floors. It says they have memory foam insoles but they aren't comfortable at all. Easy fix with with some comfort work insoles. Keep feet dry from splashes. Dirt and grease wipes right off. Great shoes for the price.

The shoes are very comfortable and the design of the shoes are very nice! The memory foam soles inside the shoes really make a huge difference. When I work a 12 hour shift in the shoes my feet don't hurt at all. I highly recommend these shoes.
