Has helped so much with my plantar fascitis. If you're experiencing plantar fascitis, you need a flexible sole, and these fit the bill. I love the adjustable straps. I have a regular width foot and ordered a 6 although I'm a 6.5 and they were ok. I do NOT suggest you downsize, I just needed them right away. Fresh off the box, the heel felt a little high as though you're being propelled forward, but I liked that (helped with speed walking) and they settle down a little anyway. My only wish is that they made these with more slender straps and a little more dressy vs. sporty. Overall would highly recommend.

I usually wear a 9 in Skechers but they were too long and the arch was hitting the wrong area. Th 8 fit perfect. I have plantar fasciitis and I can keep these on all day. My only suggestion would be to make the Velcro longer on the strap as I like my shoes to be snug.

I have plantar fasciitis AND heel spurs. Finding a comfortable pair of sandals is rough. I have never had a more comfortable pair than these. They are amazing. Almost feels like I'm going around on a cloud. Forgot I was even wearing them.

I suffer with chronic foot pain, the extra cush allows me to walk without the jarring sensation I typically experience in sandals and or shoes that do not absorb shock so well. I now own two pairs of these (navy and black) plus the Skechers arch fit sneakers for days I want the toes covered. :)
