DELIVERY 5 Stars I ordered this on Friday, May 14th and I receive it today, Sunday, May 16th. QUALITY 3.5 Stars The plastic feels cheap so I felt skeptical. I tried it a couple of times and the weight came off as the loops came undone. I realized I hadn't secured both ends with the black lever. It has two and I only did one. So MY FAULT. I am worried that the connectors/Hinges? Will wear off, but I guess we shall see. ASSEMBLING (4 stars) Fairly simple EASY TO USE? 5 Stars I struggled maintaining the flow. I refused to quit so I kept going. I went from 3 to 5 spins to 7 to 11 to almost 13 minutes of nonstop. You just have to find your rhythm. If it isn't flowing, it's you. I didn't have issues with it getting stuck. The struggling was me not knowing how to maintain a solid rhythm. Keep trying! :) (I'm Givin it 5 stars because the struggling was on me) the weight went around no problem at all without getting stuck) DURABILITY (5 Stars) I used it for 35 minutes almost nonstop with no trouble other than me losing my rhythm) NOISE (4 stars) It obviously makes noise but not unbearable. It WILL possibly wake up a sleeping baby if you're in the same room. Lol. I did mine in the kitchen for the open space. My son was two rooms down watching tv in the living room and my husband was in his office next door and neither of them complained. COMFORTABLE LEVEL (3.5 stars) It does put a bit of pressure but that's a given. I used a long t-shirt and didn't have it against my bare belly at all and it was okay and it did not pinch. It naturally slides down with the motion a bit but it won't slide down all the way. Your hips won't let it. I have a baby bump so that held it in place, too. Lol SIZE (3 stars just because I feel they add more links) The best way I can illustrate this is that I'm a size 6-8 and there were only 4 links left. RESULTS Too soon to tell! I love this thing ! I burned 150 calories in 12 minutes ! It’s not easy breezy, you definitely have to move but it was worth every penny. I tried a regular weighted hula hoop and it was a complete fail. Just snap it on, throw the weight and wind those hips ! I’m 5’6 and 212. I had to leave 3 links out for it to fit sung. ... show more

I read the review and thought that it would work for up to a 50in tummy but it did not. I had to suck it in to get it to lock and then it was uncomfortable so I am sending it back because I could not find a place where you could just order more connections. It will give you a work out what little time I tried it i could feel the burn in my hips and sides. So I will be searching for one that has extra links and I will be purchasing it. ... show more
