This works great for a beginner. My daughter is in level 2 gymnastics and this became easy. If your child is in a level 2 or higher I suggest spending the money to get the bar that goes higher. I thought this was going to be a good challenge for her on the higher setting but after using it 2 days it became easy. Still a great workout for the kids. Unfortunately for her goals I need to get a higher bar. I’ll still keep this one for certain drills and building strength. My daughter is 50lbs, 46 inches tall, age 6, for reference.

This bar is very sturdy and it can work for children anywhere from 3yo-11yo. I would not buy for a tall 11yo because they may grow out of it quickly but to share between siblings will work. I was nervous it wouldn’t be sturdy but I weigh 117lb and tested it out with a few flips. It worked great, no wobbles! I use a nice thick matt with it and it has been a fun and safe activity. I noticed that if I leave it in a common area it gets used more than if it was put in the basement or play area.

Love the product. My daughter risk having a blast. Slightly disappointed because part of it came rusted, but she was so excited we didn’t want to send the whole thing back just for the one piece. Great but overall though!

I have been looking for a bar for my daughter for years. I was so excited when I found this! It is great for the price. My two daughters (7 and 5 years old) are on it constantly. It fits in our living room. It’s a perfect energy releaser for hot days. It is easily portable, so we can also take it out to the grass on days when it’s not too hot. My 7 year old does all kinds of flips on it. It’s very sturdy. My adult friend also has done some flips on it. Great buy if you have kids that LOVE to be on a bar.
