Skating Spirit knee high socks are snug and sleek enough to fit smoothly in figure skating or roller skating boots. Thick and bulky shocks are BAD for skaters. They are hard to slide into skates and muffles your feel of ice. Ankle high socks doesn't cushion skin from the firm skate collar. You can easily slide foot into the skate without swaddling your toe too tight. The socks are thin and comfortable enough to let you feel the input from the skate and the ice. There are no seams in the heels and the toe seam is low and flat, so you can fit your feet into the skates comfortably without feeling any pressure and irritation. Extra wide elastic cuff band at the top holds the socks up without slipping down during activities. You can wrap the sock around the skate collar and tuck the shoelace knots in. Wearing socks this way gives you more moving freedom. You can also leave them midway up the shin as another insulation layer to keep your legs warm on ice.
