If you're tall or big you're not going to have a great time. This seat is small. But, all the features are there. We also have the Smart Bidet so I can compare it to that. Install is a bit easier than the Smart Bidet because of the snap-on installation but if you don't have the bracket on in the right direction or upside down you'll be left toying with it until you get it. There's no arrows or other indication of which direction is correct. Snap the bracket into the bidet first so you know which way it goes, then release it and install the bracket to the toilet. The heated seat is nice. Highest water temp setting is good. The back spray on high pressure is good but sprays in a bigger area than the Smart Bidet which has a more concentrated spray area. The oscillating spray is fine, I don't use it. I also don't use the front spray. The heated air seems ok but less flow than I remember with the Smart Bidet. I don't use it on either. Is it worth the $70 price difference from the Smart Bidet? Hard to say. I can deal with the smaller size but I wish I didn't have to. ... show more

Now I’ll never go without one. I love it! Wish I’d gotten one with a remote. It’s a little hard to see the buttons when you’re using it - the type is quite tiny. But otherwise, I couldn’t be happier.

My wife loves this thing and it keeps TP out of the pipes, so we're happy. Installation is not trivial unless you happen to have a grounded outlet next to the pot. Who has that? I had to crawl thru my attic, fish wires and grind an opening in bathroom tile. Plus do the plumbing. It will not fit old toilets like mine with a nearly circular bowl, works best with a more modern toilet. But we make do and will replace the toilet this year. ... show more

Heated seat and water are nice features. Install was simple, not sure why some have so much trouble with that. Feature wise, it's great, water pressure, temp, etc are fine. Heats water on the fly, but has an auto shutoff. The problem is it's not suited for women very well. The bidet manufacturers boast of cleanliness, but doctors have differing opinions. As with most bidets, it sprays from the back of the bowl. That said, with heated water, it transfers bacteria from the back with forward momentum, creating an avenue for infection for women. Cold water tends to slow bacteria down a little. So, if you end up getting a UTI after using this, then it won't work for you. Doesn't seem to affect men the same way, but than, that path for infection has much more distance to cause infection. ... show more
