I have been using this leash for about a month and it works like every other leash I have used in the past. I have taken a couple of strong tugs on it and it held up just fine, so it seems reliable. The cuff stands out because of its soft rubber material, which makes it very comfortable around the ankle compared to other leashes I have owned. Good value for the money. The main downside is that it gets tangled more often than I would like. I am not sure if this is because the swivel is not turning as freely as it should, but it happens enough to be noticeable and a bit annoying in the water. I’ve really happy with this surf leash. I like this brand more than others because the Velcro never unwraps or scratches my ankle. The material on the ankle is very soft and comfortable. This leash is nicely made, with no loose parts or cheap feeling material. So far have only used it for a paddleboard, where it's a bit long, but I clipped some extra length to the side so it wouldn't drag or catch seaweed. But the comfort was great, it was easy to set up, very functional and decent value. Fell of my board and had no trouble getting back on. I picked up the 6ft leash in black and it’s been holding up great. The cord feels durable and has just enough stretch to absorb pull without feeling like it’s going to snap. The anti-slip cuff fits comfortably around the ankle and doesn’t move around, even during long sessions. The horn connector is flexible and doesn’t get tangled or twisted like cheaper leashes.
