Didn't work very well taking out extensions, we end up using regular pliers. They accept worked better,..so .o wasted my money

And now says it can't be returned we paid almost $60.00 and they are saying it can't be returned. So obviously it was out in the cold for a while,or stored somewhere with no heat, and it can't be used now , I'm very angry. I just want my card credited back.
