It's very comfortable, with two different textures. Because of its weight (by design) the strap needs to be tightened so it doesn't fall of. Instructions on heating/freezing the pad a bit unclear.

I love the pressure it adds-think weighted blanket but for your eyes. It’s bliss. I use this to meditate and it blacks out any light. Completely helps me be comfortable and relaxed to stay focused. Perfect size and the design covers the entire eye area high cheek to low forehead. I love it so much I bought one for our son and he loves it too.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It helps my migraines go away faster and makes my eyes feel better after staring at a screen all day. I haven’t tried heating it yet, but I’m going to today. It’s soft and not super heavy. I highly, highly recommend this eye mask.

I had hoped to love this. Positives- blocks light, weight feels great, and good material for eye comfort. Negatives-. The strap on the back is not comfortable at all- even tho adjustable. There is a zipper on top that digs in to your head when laying down. I gave it a good week or so to get used to- just not comfortable.
