Didn't work on arrival- one side was broken so it never was able to be ridden. When troubleshooting the issue at the sellers request, the charge cord broke off inside the connector due to poor workmanship. After much back and forth, months after purchase they finally agreed to issue a refund upon return of the hoverboard. The refund was $50 less than what I paid and I'm still unsure why. As a single mom with just enough money to cover the bills, this was the *fancy* Christmas gift for my 3 kids to share.     • Doesn’t Work, Pay to get a refund 🤬
I’ve been trying to get my issues resolved since around Christmas. I can’t get a refund unless I PAY TO RETURN the item! So, no matter what, I’m out money and my kid loses his big Christmas present. Opened for my daughter for Christmas only half the hoverboard would charge and it wouldn’t do anything other than light up. How about some quality control over there? 20 pounds of garbage.

Works well but for 20 mins of battery life not worth it and no customer support if it's an isolated issue or not. Can't return either.
