I rarely find support services that are dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensuring you can use the product and are happy with it. They did a wonderful job helping me out and even understanding my complaints and ensuring they are addressed. Well done. ------------------------- OP: I must sleep on the floor sometimes for my back and I've been trying to find a decent floor pad. I've tried a bunch that were just too soft, and you sink to the floor. This one is OK. It's 4" even after a week of letting it rise. The ad states it is firm, but it's not that firm. I wish it was firmer. But it's OK. At least you don't sink all the way to the floor. The cover is extremely soft! And it folds up well. ... show more

Super comfy and soft and perfect for guests to sleep on. Actually was quite surprised how comfortable it was and large. Was pretty easy to fold up and it even comes with a case to pack it away in which was super nice and convenient for carrying it around or even storing it. Love the ability to whip out a mattress when guests come over or the kids friend spends the night so they have own safe sleep space. I store in closet. I would love it a little less firm because it’s a hard one but that may give over time and I’d take firm over sagging spots that feel like your laying on a cold hard wood floor. And bonus!!!!!     • Decent product marred by stupid packing and shipping

I bought a similar style mattress a few years ago at Wal Mart in Mexico for 400 pesos ($20 US), and it was awesome. Not waterproof, and no carry case, but a solid product. This one starts decently but then it is smashed into a vacuum bag and tiny box. When I received it, I contacted customer support before I even opened the bag because my 31" mattress only measured 25" in the bag. I told them I was afraid to open it because many reviews said it is impossible to repack if it needs returned. To Sinweek's credit, the rep assured me I could return the product to a Lowe's or UPS Store without repacking, and even sent a shipping label before I opened it. Once unpacked, it expanded. It says allow 3 days to inflate before using. It has been 3 months and the cushions are still malformed. Hence, the cushions never fit together snugly. Further, the mattress is only 3.6" thick, not 4" and the corners of some are only 3.25" because of the way it was smushed. The cover is paper thin and does have one inch of seam not sewn, and a tiny tear, which shall have company soon, I fear. The zippers are ok. Some reviews say there is no handle on them, but they are wisely packed under the cloth and can be accessed easily. It is quite firm, which is awesome. I'm 6'3" and 200 lbs, and I can only touch the floor if all my weight is on a knee or elbow; laying down offers great support, except where the cushions are not snug. I think if you order this, a lot depends on how long it has been packed and stored into a smushed bag. I kept it because it is better than the soft bed I have available, and I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another brand, which all seem to have the same concerns. I understand storage and shipping are probably the biggest expenses in selling this product. But their solution, frankly, ruins a decent product. ... show more
