Looks great but have a few draw backs in my opinion. The faucet is plastic although it doesn’t look like it and it doesn’t come preconfigured for a garbage disposal. Nevertheless for the price and aesthetics, it’s a good buy!

Awful product ! It's really bad quality that i have purchased. It has lots of issues, it was big mistake to purchase it, i have to break my counter top to uninstall it., it cost lots of damages in life/ The pipe was leaking and the sink is leaking . The sink like toy plastic

The features of the sink are great. Overall helpfulness of the installation papers is less than helpful, even for a plumber. Once installed a few issues were noted, the biggest being that the only plastic connection piece sprung a leak. Contacted Amazon customer service who provided me two options, number 1 to return everything to Amazon for a refund or 2. Contact seller for warranty options. As my sink was undermount installed and all I needed was a replacement part I choose option 2. Seller is telling me the CA warehouse doesn't have anything in stock and I'm looking at 2 months to wait on replacements from China. Guess I'm returning the sink after all. I'll buy a better quality brand that doesn't need to bring parts from China if a replacement is needed. Gets a one star for the unsatisfied wait time for warranty replacement and having to go through the effort of ripping out a perfectly good sink to replace it because of a connection part. Update: after speaking with Amazon customer service then working my way at the ladder to someone with some common sense and authority, they were able to send me a replacement that I could then pick the damaged items I needed and return it without having to unmount the sink. Overall the sink is not bad once it's installed properly, doesn't leak, and you put in a little bit of extra effort to ensure desired results. If I had it to do all over again I'd go with a more quality brand that uses less plastic, has better instructions, and does not ship replacement parts from overseas. If you're on a budget and this sink is what you can get, I highly recommend not undermounting in the event you have problems and don't want to have to worry about disconnecting the sink in the future. Otherwise if you are undermounting I suggest doing a clear silicone waterproof caulk around the sink control to help ensure water is not getting under it. I find the water from my spray nozzle hits things and splashes everywhere if I can't put it at the bottom of the sink to clean. While they have a thin foam material on the bottom, it's only useful if the tightness of every part of the sink are extremely tight to the point of risking stripping it. Undermount also presents an additional issue in that my countertop must be thicker than average users, as the tightener bolt for the cup washer, made completely out of plastic, was too long to allow the connection for the water line since so much of the counter thickness prevented the washer from going as high as it was intended. I was able to use a lighter to soften the plastic and cut it with one of my butcher knives to make it shorter so my cup rinzer was tightened enough to not leak but had enough threading left to connect the water hose. Additionally the middle section of hoses were cut individually by my counter installer, however the sink itself has a oblong shaped sliding area for them to go in and slide to their respective locations, which meant I had to have them come back and recut the counter. The faucet itself is plastic almost like a kid’s toy. The sink is OK the body of it but the controls there’s a nut that one day made it and has a lot of imperfections on it and there’s a scratch underneath the glass top where the controls are which was from putting it together Factory damage.

This sink is beautiful with some great features, but the installation is very difficult. It's a great choice if you're an experienced DIYer or plan to hire a professional. Be aware that you may need to purchase extra parts to complete the installation, as some were missing from the box.
