We bought two side tables to use as nightstands. I was weary at first when my husband said he wanted to purchase this item because I noticed a couple of reviewers from just about two months ago said their items arrived damaged. When ours arrived, it was wrapped with so much foam and those incredibly solid corner board edge protectors were positioned all the way around the frame so it arrived in perfect condition. Also, they included extra screws and washers in their own zip-lock pouches which were taped in red-tape so you can find it easily (genius!) the extra screws actually came in handy for me because one of the screws oddly didn't have a deep enough cut-out for the star key wrench to sit inside of. One thing I can say is that even though the drawers close easily, one of the drawers gets stuck when it reaches the end and needs an extra firm push to go in all the way, but that doesn't bother us plus my husband can probably add some WD40 to oil it up. This is a solid wood table that I expect will last a very long time and it looks incredibly beautiful. This is well built, sturdy and adds so much to this room. I love that it is real wood. It is just the size I wanted, and I love the midcentury modern look. Also, if you are a ferret owner, it is the perfect height for your ferrets to get into these little shelves and have fun ... my main reason for getting this for our "lounge" lol. Also, this was packaged very well. Judging from the outside of the box this was thrown around a lot. I feel that this happens for heavier items when shipped and this one had to make it through extra days and a snowstorm. It got here completely undamaged. Thank you :). ... show more

We ordered 2 of these nightstands and we are really happy with them. They arrived almost fully assembled which was a huge plus. They came well packaged and all that was required was screwing the bottom metal legs in, which was very simple. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this seller/brand and both times have been great experiences. The nightstands are very solid and not cheap feeling, at all. Looks nice, solidly made, easy to assemble. The drawer could work smoother, it doesn't like to shut completely unless you put quite a bit of pressure. But overall I like this nightstand. The space under the drawer is the perfect spot for my CPAP machine.

Just had to put the 2metal legs on. Solid construction. Color is a warm gray/brown and not too dark. Drawers (3) don’t have knobs—just a place to put your fingers at the top edge of the drawer. I would definitely recommend!

Table arrived last week. Factory flaws w production (misaligned holes on metal leg). Many calls, emails to company (bot communications), requesting fotos of minutia - stamping codes on shipment box & internal hardware boxes. Even wanted foto of “Warning Label”. We photographed every printed item on boxes. Spoke to someone four days later (poor English). Was told replacement part OOS. She was to call yesterday w status update: no call. Today: no call. Issue remains UNRESOLVED. This should have been a straightforward fix but it’s not. Steer clear of this company unless you tolerate bots & crappy customer service. ADDENDUM: After almost a month of waiting for resolution & tenuous communications, the company came through w a replacement. I have adjusted my rating accordingly.
