I love the look of a cute straw hat when on a beachy vacation or at the resort pool. But I always want to wear my long hair up in a bun so it doesn’t get wet, so that kind of hat is never an option. This hat offers the same amount of sun protection that a “normal” hat would, *and* allows me to have my hair up in a high messy bun. FINALLY! And the fact that it’s adjustable with Velcro is a major plus for me since I have a big head. It rolls up and would pack easily, which is a huge plus. The bow in the back is just the cherry on top, it’s what sold me on this hat. Some older reviews say it doesn’t have a strap, but mine came with a strap you can clip on/remove as needed, so they must have made improvements since the older versions. An absolutely perfect hat! I’m going to order one in black too!

Very surprised at the good quality of this sun hat, which I just recieved and haven't had a chance to wear yet. But trying it on, headband adjust easily but securely, the straw is very flexible and not prone to fraying so it rolls smoothly, and the neck cord is well-designed to slip into the loops easily and not fall out. Very happy with this hat, which has an elegant look that suggests far more expense than it was. Thanks!

The hat is well-made. It packs well and has adjustable sizing. My only complaint is that with my DARK hair and the hat’s light brown color, it looks kinda funny. If I were to purchase again, I’d choose black to avoid the odd look.

I'm not a fan of roll-up or easy store hats and I was weary about this one. It's the shaping after you unroll it that tends to disappoint me but this hat actually unrolls well and has a nice shape. It requires minimal adjustment and it stays (not like the permanent warps or wrinkles that tend to accompany roll up hats). And the bow in the back is a cute touch. Added plus is it has a little rubber band that helps keep it rolled up. Great buy!
