Prior to ordering this supplement, I had never tried an Omega-7 supplement. The unique benefits intrigue me. The supplement is Vegan, Keto-friendly, Paleo-friendly, and free of GMOs, stimulants, caffeine, gluten, soy, sugar, nuts, preservatives, and artificial additives. I've never tried an Omega 7 supplement before, but everything I read about it's potential benefits was really intriguing. The challenge in reviewing a supplement with long-term (and difficult to measure) benefits is that they are...difficult to quantify. In the week I've been taking them, while I haven't noticed any specific benefit, I haven't had any issues. There's no fishy smell or aftertaste, and while I haven't had an upset stomach, I have also done something out of character (for me...) and consistently taken them with food as directed. I'll be curious to see whether this has an impact on inflammation (yay, arthritis pain...) but I wouldn't be expecting to see that for at least another week or two. I'm not sure whether there's a benefit to fish oil vs. sea buckthorn oil, but fish oil (as one might expect) is significantly more expensive. This supplement seems to be high quality (manufactured in the U.S., lab tested, etc), but I'm not certain the price-tag ($49.99) when I ordered it would be worth it for me again.

I started taking fish oil capsules a few years ago so when these popped up I knew I had to try them. I really love that they're Made in the USA and they don't have any extra fillers in them. They are clean so I feel safe consuming them. I don't have any stomach upset or problems digesting them. These are just a really premium fish oil supplement and I would definitely reorder them in the future. They are a bit pricey, but totally worth it because I know these are a high quality supplement.

I can appreciate the transparency and high quality of company and product. I have not noticed any specific gains, but supplements take time and are a supportive mechanism. They're easy to take. N bad fish taste. No side effects. The price is high though.

So far, so good with this Ultra Omega Burn supplement. These capsules have 500 mg of fish oil concentrate and 250 mg of Omega 7. The capsule went down easy and most importantly, they didn’t smell or taste fishy and I didn’t burp up fish all day like I do with other omega fish supplements. I appreciate that these are manufactured in the USA, are free from preservatives, soy and nuts, non GMO and are GMP certified. I do feel like they’re way overpriced for a fish oil supplement. Only time will tell if these actually work or not but I plan taking them until they’re gone.

This supplement has everything i look for. There is pretty good support from good studies done over years on omega 7 (Palmitoleic Acid), and fish oil. Fish oil supplements are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can support heart health by lowering triglycerides and blood pressure, and may reduce inflammation. They are particularly beneficial for individuals who do not consume enough fatty fish in their diet, and Palmitoleic Acid offers several health benefits, including improved insulin sensitivity, anti-inflammatory effects, and support for cardiovascular health. Beyond that,, the manufacturer has done what could be done to assure that this supplement is what is being advertised. It is made in the United States in a cCMP facility under FDA regulations. A certification of ingredients by an independent lab would make me the happiest reviewer in the world....that may have been done and just not advertised.

I’ve always been so focused on getting omega-3’s into my diet, I feel like I’ve been totally missing out on omega-7. I absolutely love the idea of how it has the potential to help promote fat metabolism, support heart health, improve insulin sensitivity, etc. The formula is clean and potent which is exactly what I like to see in my omegas. The serving size is only one tiny gel capsule per day with meals which makes it a breeze to take. They oddly don’t really smell or anything either. It’s made in a GMP certified facility in the US and it says they test every batch for purity but I would’ve liked a little more info on what that looks like. It also says the fish are cold pressed but doesn’t indicate where they’re sourced from or what kind of fish they are so I would’ve really liked more info in that category as well. Overall, it does seem like a quality supplement and I would recommend giving it a try.
