I found these easy to take as they are little soft gels. I didn't feel uncomfortable or anything after ingesting these supplements. It is hard to truly speak on supplements because it requires long term usage, and even then you don't know what it is doing to you, at least it usually isn't so obvious. I'm lucky to be healthy so I can't tell much of a difference if a supplement is doing something good for me. I can only go by what seems like a quality product, well made, a good brand that doesn't cut corners. I did find this to be a bit pricey for a one month supply but if it is beneficial to my body then it is worth the price. I'm about two weeks in so there's not much I can report back. I am only taking these because as someone who is starting to get up there in age, I just have to start taking better care of myself with additional vitamins other than what my daily meals provide me. I've also heard from a few close friends and family that as you get up there in age, the weight starts getting hard to shed, so I want to try to be proactive and make sure I have things under control or keep the status quo.

I didn't really noticed any changes from taking these. I assume they're doing something useful, but didn't see any noticeable health changes. I didn't have any fishy burps or any other side effects. The quality seems to be good. The softgels don't have much of a taste or smell. They're easy to swallow and my stomach tolerated them well. Omega-7 Fish Oil supplements do cost a bit more than other fish oils, but these come with a premium price even for an Omega-7 supplement. The premium quality may be worth the price for some, but I doubt I'll purchase more.

I hadn't really thought about other omegas. We always hear about 3 and 6. This contains omega 7, and fish oil. After I did some research, I found omega 7 also has a bunch of benefits for skin and body. Our bodies make it, but sometimes not enough. These softgels are easy to swallow, and don't have any lasting taste. Good quality, I appreciate that they are made in the USA.

I've never tried an Omega 7 supplement before, but everything I read about it's potential benefits was really intriguing. The challenge in reviewing a supplement with long-term (and difficult to measure) benefits is that they are...difficult to quantify. In the week I've been taking them, while I haven't noticed any specific benefit, I haven't had any issues. There's no fishy smell or aftertaste, and while I haven't had an upset stomach, I have also done something out of character (for me...) and consistently taken them with food as directed. I'll be curious to see whether this has an impact on inflammation (yay, arthritis pain...) but I wouldn't be expecting to see that for at least another week or two. I'm not sure whether there's a benefit to fish oil vs. sea buckthorn oil, but fish oil (as one might expect) is significantly more expensive. This supplement seems to be high quality (manufactured in the U.S., lab tested, etc), but I'm not certain the price-tag ($49.99) when I ordered it would be worth it for me again.

You will receive a month supply for about $45 dollars. I am on week 2 and have not felt a curbing in my appetite I have 15 days left and feel in order to really benefit from this supplement I may have to do another month, I know results aren't even instant nor do I expect instant. These supplements were easy on my stomach and I did get a few burps that weren't fishy, but not a regular burp either. My energy level wasn't heightened but I did get a little boost the first hour of ingesting them. A bit expensive, but if you have the extra funds, this is worth a try.
