Best upgrade for my bed was linen sheets and duvet cover. Fits a queen size well, maybe a little big but I don't mind and prefer it that way, may put both duvets in one cover for the winter. Color is gorgeous, so soft, buttons on the bottom so not as handi-accessible, but good quality overall

Right after we got married, my husband picked out a sage green linen duvet for our bed that family friends ordered for us as a wedding gift. Somehow, it got lost in transit and we never got it. Sad day - but I found this on Amazon and I think it's a worthy replacement. Duvet covers are easier to wash than a whole duvet, anyway. The quality seems very nice and I love the sage green color, it's exactly as pictured. It's wrinkle-prone, of course, because it's linen which any buyer should hopefully know going in (that wasn't a deterrent for me). Okay, I am a bedding SNOB. I though I would take a chance and if it was meh- I could return it. I cannot say enough about the quality of this bedding. Comforter fits perfectly. Slipped right on and buttoned up in a snap. Buttons are slightly up and under the back side rather than at the end. They do not show. The feel is soft right out of the box. I was excited to receive my duvets for a spare bedroom with two twin beds. If this were for my bed, I would consider sending it back for the price. The fabric is nice, the color is pretty more like the online photo not mine. Here's the thing, it was made cheaply, the quality of the sewing is not great, the stitching is not right and I have a feeling it wouldn't last long in an everyday bed. It's single stitch and the pillowcase doesn't appear to be perfectly straight. So if you want to take a chance , just get it and check it out you can always send it back. I'm wondering how it will be once I wash it. I'm taking it to a second home so I won't wash it and put it in the beds until then, I can do a second review if my opinion change. ... show more
