I recently bought a queen duvet cover and shams from this company, and have been so impressed by their professional presentation. A small catalog/booklet accompanied the order with all of their other products available, and they do offer some very sophisticated choices and colors. The linen wrinkles after washing - as I hoped it would, since I prefer that more casual look. But it’s a wonderful weight and softness for linen. I had bought six different linen samples from Joann Fabric to consider making my own duvet; all of the samples were washed but none of them compared to the quality of this set. I wasn’t ready to take the plunge and buy sheets for fear of them being too scratchy, but this set changed my mind!.

A couple years ago i switched to linen bedding, i was skeptical at first but i made the decision to spend the money on a set of linen sheets. Since that day i haven’t looked back and i only use linen bedding. I’ve tested multiple brands but was looking for a more affordable option so i decided to give this brand a try. Here is my initial reaction: Overall they seem like good quality, there was a couple minor flaws on one pillowcase where some threads had come loose, this is the reason for 4 stars. This is depicted in the photos. I trimmed the threads back and will see if any issues arise but i think it will be ok. In terms of softness, out of the box they are soft but you will definitely want to wash them before putting on your bed. I noticed the lint trap was not as full as other brands i used before so these did not shed the fibers as much, i think this means they will hold up over time really well. These will get softer with each wash which will only make them better. If you’re new to linen, you have to be ok with them being a little wrinkled. I think this adds to the comfort, the fabric feels more natural and gives it a cozy look. Linen also feels different on the skin than traditional percale sheets. I like to tell people it’s soft like flannel but breathes very well. There’s a bit of texture to linen, it’s soft but i wouldn’t say it feels smooth like traditional sheets. I sleep naked and i like the way it feels on my skin. Whenever i get back home from a trip it’s always my favorite thing to climb into my linen bedding and i sleep so good! when you wash and dry them, it’s better to dry them on low heat and take them out before they are completely dry. Linen will air dry quickly and they will last much longer if you do this. I think these are good quality for a good price, especially if you’re looking for a starter set to try out linen, these would be good for you. Just make sure you give it a fair shot and understand it may take a little adjustment period. If you take care of them they should last a very long time and get better and better.

I originally ordered this duvet set in the dusty blue color for one of our guest beds. I liked it so much that I just bought another in dark grey for our bed. Both sets I've ordered have been as expected, with the colors matching what is shown online. I decided to start trying linen on the beds to help with fur, since we have a dog and a cat. The dog is not on the beds much, but the cat definitely is. I originally bought a linen duvet set from the Company Store at a much higher price point, and was disappointed when one of the shams ripped after one wash. The price point on these is much better, and so far they have held up much better as well. They are soft and comfortable and I haven't lost any buttons or run into holes after washing. While nothing is going to completely repel animal fur, they definitely don't get covered in fur the way other bedding does. What fur does collect on them is easy to get off with a vacuum or comes out well after washing. Just keep in mind that because they are linen, they are going to be wrinkly. I personally have no problem with that, but it's not for everyone.

We absolutely love pure linen sheets and duvet covers... There's something about the feel that makes you want to curl up with some tea or coffee and watch TV on a rainy day (or read a book....whatever) linen is warm in winter and cool in summer.. just do not buy if you are the "have to have everything ironed perfectly" kind of person ...like my ex wife. Linen is wonderful but it wrinkles like mad. We don't care because it's awesome! And this brand delivers awesomeness in spades!

Received yesterday. The sheet is the Simple & Opulence linen in sand color. My cats and me love this set. Scratchy, but it's 100% linen and is to be expected with this natural fabric. It will soften over time. I needed something durable with two cats, so we'll see how it holds up.

Right after we got married, my husband picked out a sage green linen duvet for our bed that family friends ordered for us as a wedding gift. Somehow, it got lost in transit and we never got it. Sad day - but I found this on Amazon and I think it's a worthy replacement. Duvet covers are easier to wash than a whole duvet, anyway. The quality seems very nice and I love the sage green color, it's exactly as pictured. It's wrinkle-prone, of course, because it's linen which any buyer should hopefully know going in (that wasn't a deterrent for me). My only complaint is that the pillow shams are the size of a golden retriever. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase and would recommend!
