I recieved this pkg way before I expected! So thats a plus.. However I left it in its original packaging until today, I opened it to wrap as a gift and noticed there's this powdery, sand-like substance at the bottum of the boots (both pairs). Im not sure exactly what it is or why its there.. I purcha
sed these as a gift but now im not sure what to do, I put it back in the bag. I cant gift something that doesnt look new. Help!

Perfect boots for toddler
Perfect for my little granddaughter. She loves putting them on and taking them off by herself. They fit her perfectly and are just as described. We love the matching raincoat ! Bring on the rain !
