I recieved this pkg way before I expected! So thats a plus.. However I left it in its original packaging until today, I opened it to wrap as a gift and noticed there's this powdery, sand-like substance at the bottum of the boots (both pairs). Im not sure exactly what it is or why its there.. I purchased these as a gift but now im not sure what to do, I put it back in the bag. I cant gift something that doesnt look new. Help! ... show more
