This product comes a little bent out of shape but it’s no big deal because the material is flexible and bends right back into shape with little effort. Read the instructions because the white anchor bolts go on first and then you push the black bolts into the white anchors. You’ll have to send it back if you screw that up. It’s easy from there until you get to the pen holder. It won’t go on as shown in the picture. Take a screw driver and run it between the top railings to separate it enough for something to fit through. Use the side that looks a little separated at the ends. Then use your screwdriver to bend the clamp and push it between the cracks and then slide it where you want. It’s a hassle so unless you really want the pen holder just leave it off. ... show more

This is MUCH better than I thought it would be. Very sturdy, includes _good sized_ feet, solid construction with a minimal number of booger welds. The insert captives that folks are talking about are "common", but in a niche group. My set included an extra instruction sheet that shows the wrong & right way to use these. We are really impressed with this unit. It was half the price of another brand I bought before, and has a smaller footprint but holds just as much. It's packed well, and easy to build. I liked mine so much that we ordered one for my husband the same day mine arrived.

This organizer is decently constructed (I actually had a very similar one from several years ago), and has a ton of utility. That said, it was missing a bag of parts that connect the vertical file folders to the rest of the organizer. With those, this would be a solid 4- to 5- star item. Without, it's "meh", and not worth the money. UPDATE 07/30/2023 - After contacting the seller, they were AWESOME at sending a replacement parts package promptly, and the replacement parts set actually had a couple of extra of each part, as they are fairly small.
