I have purchased clothes racks before from Wal-Mart, Target and other retailers. These racks by far are the best. I ordered three after comparing different racks and saw these racks had a lot of great reviews. The price may seem a little pricey BUT worth it. It arrived quickly and the material feel much thicker compared to other racks I purchased from the stores. Also, at first I wondered if I would be able to put a lot of clothes on it before it bends or wobble. If you look at the pictures that I am providing you will see the racks hold a lot of clothes. I am OCD and moved to a new home that had a small master closet (well I say small closet because I have a lot of clothes, shoes purses and hats. So I turned another room into my closet which was going to be an office with the help of these racks. Thank you for the great quality. UPDATE: I love these racks so much and my fourth recently came in. Great sturdy and strong ranks for all of my clothes. These racks helped me create a second closet in our home.

I don't know why there were so many complaints concerning this product. The product came in a package that was inside another bigger box. Yes, the outside box was a bit damaged. It's expected that such a big box will get some rough handling considering that 1) Nowhere in the box says "Handle with Care;" 2) It's big and bulky. With that said, mine arrived with all the pieces. Nothing was missing. I saw some reviews saying that the crossbar was chrome and the rest had a different color that didn't match and people didn't like that. It's a rack! It's not a dining set. It's not a product meant for aesthetics or decoration. It's meant to be used inside closets, in garages, basements, showrooms. Not your living room. It's a practical product built to last and for practicality. If you're a designer and you bought this for your shows, people are going to be looking at your products and designs, not the rack holding them. With that out of the way, the product does what it is meant for. Glides over the floor. And I'm using it in my basement, which has an unfinished floor. This rack slides like skates on ice. It's exactly what I needed since I'm working in my basement at this time and I need to be able to move it around easily. I was using a furniture dolly to move the one I had before. It was a pain. This product solves that problem I had. It is very sturdy. I'm using it to hang a lot of heavy winter coats. It is not at high as I would have liked it to be. I was not able to hang some long dresses. But that's okay. I can always move my long dresses back to a closet. I can live with that. I was able to put it together in less than 15 minutes. Very easy to assemble. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bars that hold the crossbar do not use bolts or nuts. They just slide in their corresponding slots in the bar at the bottom. So I would be careful not to try to pull up from them with clothes hanging from the crossbar. This product does not fold for storage when not in use. If you need to storage it, you're going to have to unscrew the nuts and bolts in the bars at the bottom. It is completely open. It doesn't come with a cover. Therefore, if you need to protect your clothes, you will need to either buy a cover separately, or store your clothes in bags. I did the latter. By the way, since it's completely open, if you hang something long, it is going to be dragged on the floors if you roll the rack around. I'm including a couple of pictures. One shows the rack right after I had finished putting it together. You can see the old rack I had for which this new rack is a replacement. In the second picture, you can see the rack with all of my clothes hanging from it, but for the dresses that are too long. In case you are wondering, I'm 5'5" (1,65 mts.) The crossbar is roughly at my nose level. I could use about 5-6 inches more in height. But apart from that, I'm happy with my purchase.

I absolutely love this garment rack, it is sturdy and nice looking. I have over 110 dresses on the rack and it is holding up well. I would recommend this product and I would purchase again.

Heavy duty, easy to set up and take apart. I have a narrow doorway into my storage area and the bars lifted off easily and was able to slide it right through the door and reassemble in a snap. i really thought it would be a long assembly and it was so easy and good quality. Something that is hard to find these days. It seems to be the only rack that will hold 400# and when your hanging coats and clothes, that amount of weight will collapse anything other than industrial grade.

Buy this if you want a wardrobe/clothes rack that lasts; this will the the last rack you ever need to buy. I demolished 2 other clothing racks in the 30-40 dollar range before I found this one. It's heavy duty all-metal construction and extremely easy to assemble. I'm using it as a closet of sorts and it works swimmingly, I probably have at least 60 pounds of clothes on that sucker and it's holding up like a champ. I decided not to use the wheels since I have carpet anyway and it's all the more sturdy. My rack box was missing a packet of bolts (which actually weren't needed, it held up fine without them because all they do is secure the bottom, which already fits together without the bolts), so I emailed the manufacturer to ask what size bolts were used and the manufacturer offered to reimburse the price of the missing bolts, which was really nice (though I didn't bother taking up on the offer because bolts are cheap and easy to find at my local hardware).

It's excellent- strong, glides along the floor, it is a professional rack that can hold heavy coats- can hold a whole closet of garments. Simple to put together. A previous flimsy rack I got was bowlegged and uneven- the top bar was at a tilt (since I had to rely on my strength to force down pipes for each leg of the rack- and the way it was made, too, didn't allow for the pipes to all fit the same; complicated to explain); not an issue/not possible with the quality and construction of this rack- no eye-measuring, no forcing with all your strength necessary; the parts are all bolted together (not slid into one another at varying lengths), and it's even, and it's made of thick metallic pipes- strong.
