This is a year unlike any other we’ve ever experienced. We need spaces that can transform quickly into classrooms, study or quiet places where individual kids can learn. The Reading Nook creates a space for preschool to elementary aged kids, so they can “work” independently. No mistake. This reading nook requires zero assembly. Just take it out of the box, set in place and add books, toys, puzzles or art supplies. Presto! Done! No muss, no fuss. Young or old, we all need some personal space. The Reading Nook instantly creates a cozy quiet time spot for your child and their favorite possessions. More than one child? More than one nook gives each child a place to relax, read, or recharge.

    • Amazing - like old school Little Tykes!
Great little bookshelf, good quality dense plastic that reminds me of the Little Tykes furniture I loved as a kid that is still going strong at grandma's! Light but still sturdy, fits tall board books and big trucks. My 18 month old loves to climb up and down.

    • Sturdy bookcase for kids
This thing is basically indestructible. It's one solid piece that doesn't need to be put together and it holds a pretty good number of books and a few small toys.

    • Very cute, sturdy, safe, no assembly needed.
I love that there is no assembly and the edges are rounded. The top little shelves are small but neat for a toddler that likes to put their hands in the shelf to reach a small book or toy. I think this shelf will last a long time. The seat area looks padded but is not. It's all plastic. We use it as a shelf only right now to hold toys that I change out a few times a month. It's light enough that if it did get pulled over by my one year old, I seriously doubt it would hurt anything. But it's center of gravity is low and the shelf is deep enough that it hasn't been an issue. Hasn't been pulled over once. I bought it because I thought it was a safe option and the color blends easily with decor and I'm very happy. ... show more

    • No Assembly required!
This has been a great addition to my son's room. I now have a place to put all of his books and they are not just cluttering up his room in a basket. My son is two and will climb on this, stand, and attempt to jump off of it with ease and it does not tip at all. It seems very sturdy and I am not worried about it falling over or tipping if he is standing on it. One thing I dislike is the seat where he can sit. In the picture, it is a bit deceiving, b/c it looks like there is a small cushion on the seat. There is no cushion and it is just the hard plastic of the shelf, with an indentation to make it look like a cushion. I was slightly disappointed that what I thought was a bit of a cushion in the picture was not really a cushion in person. If you are crafty, which I am not, you could probably make a small cushion to fit the area if desired. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase and if needed I would buy it again. ... show more

    • Durable, no assembly required
I use this product in the 4-year old classroom for 2 years now and the item is easy to clean, durable, and no assembly required. The item gets use daily and still looks brand new. The only complaint is as an adult I would not find this comfortable for sitting on for long periods of time. To remedy this for my students I placed some small pillows on the chair portion of the product. They love them!!!! ... show more

    • Great for 2 year old
Really love this in my 2 year olds room, the top two nooks she uses for small toys. The bottom is all book storage and she loves it! Also very sturdy
