This has been a great addition to my son's room. I now have a place to put all of his books and they are not just cluttering up his room in a basket. My son is two and will climb on this, stand, and attempt to jump off of it with ease and it does not tip at all. It seems very sturdy and I am not worried about it falling over or tipping if he is standing on it. One thing I dislike is the seat where he can sit. In the picture, it is a bit deceiving, b/c it looks like there is a small cushion on the seat. There is no cushion and it is just the hard plastic of the shelf, with an indentation to make it look like a cushion. I was slightly disappointed that what I thought was a bit of a cushion in the picture was not really a cushion in person. If you are crafty, which I am not, you could probably make a small cushion to fit the area if desired. Other than that I am very happy with this purchase and if needed I would buy it again. ... show more

Love how light they are. They also fit a lot of books! However, the tops of the cubbies slope downward (tried to show in the the picture). The seat is not cushioned. It is a bit slippery, so I will try putting a suction bath mat on there. My 2 year old slipped off while wearing his pj pants. The instructions say not to let children stand on it. They’re not kidding! It is very light weight and is easily toppled. Once filled with books, it’s not as easily toppled. I’ll be putting furniture straps on them. The kids love them so far though! I will update my review after we’ve had them for a while. Great price point! ... show more

My kids really like their book books. I do wish the seats had a cushion but for the price I have no complaints. Fast delivery and no set up was a win!
