Back in 2019 I purchased the emergency light on the far left of the photo, can’t be more happy with it. Pretty much kept in storage 4 years and it works to this day like the day I bought it. Recently Amazon recommended the Simpeak 2 pack to me, which looked exactly the same, but at a much cheaper price compared to the previous one I bought and other similar ones so I picked them up to have some more like this. The Simpeak 2 pack seems to be exactly the same as the other brand. They are the two on the right in the photo. The lights showed up with no charge, but one quick turn of the crank, they came to life a bit. I charged them a bit in the sun and it works as expected. The hand crack on these is smooth and easy, but seem to have a more whiny and hollow sound than the other brand. Both of the 2 pack sound slightly different, so it could just be the ones I received. The clip on these are firm, but don’t take a lot to open, and look like they will hold up nicely. The light is bright enough for something this size, nothing spectacular, but great in a pinch. I recommend the Simpeak 2 back because of the above and more importantly because of the price. No reason to buy the exact same thing at a higher price. Will try to update my review when I get them out to test them again in a year or two. ... show more

These solar flashlights have been fantastic. They're not only lightweight but they're durable and I am sick and tired of wasting money on batteries! And with the prices of batteries.. with the prices going higher and higher and the quantity of batteries in the package reducing give me a solar battery flashlight anytime. Especially for emergencies. They're ready to go at a moment's notice all you have to do is just leave them outside and let them follow the Sun for 24 hours before any severe weather and you're good to go. I recommend them to everyone ... show more

These flashlights are great! We got these because our kids waste the batteries in our flashlights and when we none them they are dead. These are great because the kids love to use these and we just charge them up.

A bright color that is easy to see and locate. You can either charge with sun light or crank it. I had one before that didn’t have a crank that was much lighter. This one is good, but I liked the one I had before because of it being lighter weight.
