I purchased two of these for use during a trip to Italy. I followed the instructions and it did not work. I e-mailed their support team from the QR code on the package and got a prompt reply. I tried the APN name they supplied and it still didn't connect. I e-mailed again and they gave me the options of trying for a refund or having them fix it. I opted for the fix, they activated the SIMs from their end, and it all worked after that. I had to supply them with the Amazon Order number and SIM serial numbers. After activation, it all worked very well. We had 5G coverage for the majority of our trip, and the cost was reasonable with 10GB for $10.

I installed the SIM card before my flight to Europe, and turned it on once I was at baggage claim. It took a few minutes for the SIM to activate, but once it did, it was smooth sailing. I got consistently 5G speeds throughout my trip. The only feature I wish it had was a quick way to check how much data I have left other than going to my iPhone's settings. No complaints otherwise.

Bought it for Portugal. First tried it in Horta, Azores. Works easily and amazingly well. It got onto Vodafone 5G network. Speedtest showed 150Mbps download and 30Mbps upload using my Inseego hotspot after first testing in an iPhone. Excellent value. No apparent means to add data if needed and support page is in Korean and no help at all. No support phone number either so if it works, great if not good luck.

Great sim card. I used it in France without any issue. I inserted into my samsung s10e phone. As soon as I got off the plane, I simply turned on the phone and connected. No activation required. It just works.

Once I installed the sim card, it wouldn't activate and the customer service to help with activation was nonexistent. Honestly, I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I received two emails and the last one said it would offer a refund but never did.
