These are perfect, this might of been the try before you buy and I do prefer that method. These are soft soft and stretchy, Most reviews stat to go up a size, I didn't and they still fit decent. I love Silver jeans for the overall quality, the number of types of jean choices and the array of color. My only hangup is the price and this particular pair of jeans, which is my favorite pair. They are the only pair that has the signature stitching that I love so much, they fit great and are super comfortable, but...they are advertised as a slim straight cut. They are more of a straight to slim boot cut. I have to have every pair I buy altered. When a pair of jeans already costs $104, I don't care for adding an alteration fee on top of that. And since they have to be altered anyway, I have them made into a skinny jean. I don't understand why this particular style isn't offered in a skinny jean. ... show more

I have a pair of Capri jeans same size same brand etc, that are comfortable and fit fine. These I could barely pull up over my hips and were very stiff feeling compared to my capri's which material is much softer. Although they both state same material. I have gained a few pounds (medical issues) and the last thing I wanted to do was go up a jean size. I am 5’4 and weigh 150lbs. I ordered size 30/33. Normally I wear 28/32 but I got tired of having to lay on my bed to just zip them up. I prefer straight leg verses skinny because I am definitely curvy at my hips and they look more proportionate.
