This is a really nice quality tumbler. Unfortunately, nothing to do with the manufacturer, the product was poorly packaged for shipping. It was wrapped only in the plastic shipping bag, no bubble wrap or other protection. When I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised the cup wasn't dented, until I saw the lid was broken. I put in a replacement and was relieved I didnt have to be inconvenienced in returning the item. They allowed me to keep the broken item and they're replacing it for free. This is why I gave 5 stars. The Marvel tumbler looks great! The colors and detail are better in person than in the picture. Unfortunately the straw shattered in 3 places during shipping but it's not a big deal. I have an extra steel one.
