I use to sets of pillow cases on each pillow. When you sweat you don't want to make the pillow wet. Hence, to pillow cases. Try if you can change pillow cases every week. Avoids bed bugs. Clean bed no bed bugs. Don't lay down on the bed with clothes from outside. It's sickening g to see my roommate doing that. Use to any way. I teach him to respect his bed. 😆 🤣. I also buy every three months new bedsheets. It's fresh and it's not that expensive. At Walmark you pay $50 + fir set. Why? Also try to replace your pillow every year. I do that in January. Good for the price. They are soft but a bit thin. After awhile of use they got those weird little balls that form of frequently use fabrics. I was a bit disappointed because my more expensive sheets don't do that but it's not to bad. They wrinkle in the dryer but after you put them on the bed they snap back to normal. The elastic is cheep but my mattress is not very thick so it works well. Would not recommend if you have a thick mattress they are pretty durable. I've been using them for about 4 months and the only wear is the little worn fabric ball things. They stay in place well, I recommend. They are very breathable. Good for summer or hot climate
